Chi is an Analyst in Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office, with experience across government and international organizations in both Vietnam and Europe, focusing on science, technology, and sustainable development policy.
Before joining the firm, Chi developed extensive policy experience at Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology. There, she led resource mobilization efforts for the National Program 844 through Korea’s Knowledge Sharing Program, conducted research on open innovation best practices, and facilitated high-level partnerships during TECHFEST 2020 and 2021.
She also worked with the European Institute of Innovation and Technology, where she monitored the performance of pan-European innovation communities under Horizon Europe. In addition, she served as a Junior Consultant on various policy research projects, including analyses of Kyrgyzstan’s agricultural market policies and Vietnam’s national framework for SDG-driven startups.
Chi holds an Erasmus Mundus master’s degree in public policy, jointly awarded by Central European University (Austria) and Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (Spain), with dual consortium scholarships. She was also an AmCham Scholar during her undergraduate studies on International Law at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
