Eisya is an Analyst at the Vriens & Partners Jakarta Office. She supports the team by conducting research, developing government affairs strategy, providing regulatory review, and monitoring sectoral issues and political risks across various sectors, including digital technology, energy, healthcare, and food and beverages.
Before joining Vriens & Partners, Eisya worked as a Public Policy and Government Relations Associate at a financial technology company focusing on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). She supported the company in developing and executing external relations strategies, while also monitoring regulations relevant to the fintech industry. Previously, Eisya was a business journalist with The Jakarta Post for 3 years, covering issues on technology, start-ups and tourism, among others.
Eisya holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universitas Indonesia, focusing on democracy and politics in Indonesia. As a student, she had internships at the Parliament and an international non-profit organization focusing on peace-building among youth.
