Minh is a Senior Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office. With his experience working in the public sector and the financial market, Minh supports clients with in-depth policy research, regulatory analysis, and advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining Vriens & Partners’, Minh worked for the State Securities Commission of Vietnam – Ministry of Finance, where he supervised the activities and legal compliance of fund management companies, with a focus on monitoring the distribution of private investment funds. In addition to market surveillance, Minh regularly provided regulatory risk assessment and assisted with financial policy development.
Minh holds an M.S. in Corporate Finance and Administrative Control from the University of Toulon (France) and two bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton (U.S.) and Hanoi Foreign Trade University (Vietnam).
