Minh is a Project Assistant at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office, where he supports the firm’s Vietnam-focused clients through extensive regulatory research, policy analysis, and advocacy efforts.
Before joining the firm, Minh held various internship and fellowship positions spanning different environments, including the public sector, academia, and non-profit initiatives. At the Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency, he supported regional policy workshops and conducted extensive research on e-commerce and digital economy markets to support Vietnamese SMEs entering foreign markets.
He has also conducted policy research and supported legislative advocacy on promoting school indoor air quality in the state of Rhode Island in the United States, as well as broader public health policy implementation in India for a national social impact organization.
Minh holds a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics from Northeastern University.
