Ina is a Senior Analyst at Vriens & Partners Manila Office.Ina has 5 years experience as Chief-of-Staff of the Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). She was directly involved in the regulation and implementation of policies for the higher education sector, and ensured the inclusion of quality tertiary education as a driver in the formulation of government plans and legislative priorities.
She has a wide range of experience in supporting executive agencies with public and private inter-agency relations, public policy research, diplomatic missions, and organizing projects with national and international stakeholders.She first worked with the House of Representatives as a congressional staff for a former District Representative, managing stakeholder relations with the Housing and Resettlements constituency, conducting research on legislative issues, and contributing to the crafting of policy positions.
Ina is a graduate of University of the Philippines, with a degree in Public Administration.
