Kai Quan is an analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Kuala Lumpur office. As an analyst, he provides support in the formulation of government affairs strategies for clients. He also conducts research across various sectors, monitors political and policy developments, and supports the team in stakeholder engagements.
Prior to joining V&P, Kai Quan had experience working with the Tronoh assemblyman, where he focused on constituent matters at the local government level and supported the assemblyman in field visits, stakeholder engagement, as well as event planning and execution.
Kai Quan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Strategic Studies from Universiti Malaya, where he specialized in East Asian Studies with a focus on China, Korea, and Malaysia-China relations.
