Ngoc is an Associate in the Hanoi office of Vriens and Partners, where she manages policy research and analysis as well as stakeholder engagement. Her expertise spans across diverse sectors including banking and finance, investment, food and beverages, technology, and transportation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ngoc worked at a public affairs consultancy in Hanoi, where she supported global technology and agriculture clients. She also spent some time working at several multinational market research agencies in Vietnam.
Ngoc holds a BSc in International Relations and MSc in Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where her graduate thesis on public media discourse in Vietnam was published by the Media and Communications Department. Ngoc also passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 and highest level of Chinese Mandarin proficiency test (HSK Level 6). In her spare time, Ngoc enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and reading.
