Safira is an Analyst at the Jakarta Office of Vriens & Partners.
Safira provides an extensive range of government relations support for clients through in-depth regulatory and political risk analysis, engagement strategy development, and detailed stakeholder research and mapping. Safira has expertise on the technology and digital innovation industry environment in Indonesia, enabling her to maintain a strong network of strategic stakeholders within the sector, including Indonesia’s investment debottlenecking task force. Additionally, Safira also has experience in working with the aviation, early childhood education, finance, and manufacturing sectors.
Before joining Vriens & Partners, Safira was involved in a research funded by The Asia Foundation supporting the development of policy on child-friendly spaces in Jakarta. Prior to this, Safira interned with several human rights NGOs supporting them with government/institutional relations. During her studies, she was highly active in Model UN competitions and student organizations.
Safira is a Class of 2017 graduate of the University of Indonesia International Relations Department focusing on Global Civil Society studies. Safira graduated cum laude and attained the highest thesis score among her graduating batch.
