Quyen is an Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office, where she supports the firm’s Vietnam-focused and regional clients through in-depth policy research and advocacy activities in various sectors.
Before joining Vriens & Partners, Quyen worked as an independent consultant to USAID’s project in improving e-Government capacity around the National Public Service Portal. In her role, she assisted the Vietnamese Government Office in accelerating administrative reforms and enhancing online public services’ transparency. Prior to this, she spent a few years as a project coordinator at the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, where she managed and coordinated human security ODA grants involving governments and NGOs stakeholders. Quyen thus brings a diverse mix of project management, research skills and tech policy insights with her experience across the public and non-profit sectors.
Quyen holds a joint master’s degree in Global Public policy from the Central European University in Hungary and Barcelona Institute of International Studies in Spain. She earned bachelor’s degree in International Business law from Hanoi Law University.
