Cut Jihan Shavira

Cut Jihan Shavira is an Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Jakarta Office. She provides research and strategic advisory support on government relations, political economy, and policy analysis. Her work covers issues related to sustainable finance and development cooperation, particularly blended finance and faith-based financing.

Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, Jihan served as a Consultant for Multilateral Development Cooperation at the Indonesian Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas). In this role, she supported the team to manage Indonesia’s portfolio of concessional loans and grants from development partners, including the Asian Development Bank (ADB), UN agencies, IFAD, South Korea, and New Zealand. She was part of Indonesia’s delegation in high-level international negotiations, including at the G20 and UN forums held in New York, Brazil, India, and the Republic of Korea.

Jihan holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia, specializing in International Political Economy. She graduated with distinction as the Faculty’s Valedictorian of Class 2020, Best Thesis Award for International Relations UI 2020, and Faculty’s Most Outstanding Student 2019. She also represented Indonesia internationally as Best Delegation at the Asia-Pacific Model United Nations 2018 in Sydney.
