Karen Diane Legaspi is the Regional Administration Manager at Vriens & Partners, based in the Singapore headquarters. With over 20 years of professional experience, Karen leads office administration and provides cross-functional support across the firm’s nine regional offices and Washington D.C., including IT systems administration, HR operations, Event management, and finance coordination.
Karen’s career spans diverse industries and roles in administration, communications, operations, and finance. Before joining Vriens & Partners, she was the Office Manager at CSR Asia Singapore for nearly five years, where she managed finance and logistics for sustainability-focused events and training programs across Southeast Asia.
Earlier, she held key positions at Robinsons Land Corporation – Commercial Centers Division, one of the Philippines’ leading real estate developers. She served as a Marketing Communications and Events Officer for six years at Robinsons Place Cebu, followed by a year as Property Operations Officer at Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.
Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cebu Institute of Technology University, Philippines. She has also completed professional development courses in Bookkeeping (London Chamber of Commerce Industry – Uptrend College Singapore), Asia Pacific Marketing (National University of Singapore Extension Programme), and most recently earned a Fundamentals in Cybersecurity certificate from the Institute of Systems Science at the National University of Singapore.
