Almas is an Analyst at Vriens & Partners. He joined the firm in October 2025 and supports the team in policy research and analysis, strategy development, and regulatory monitoring across key sectors in Indonesia.
Prior to joining V&P, Almas worked as a Policy Analyst at a public policy consulting firm, where he advised clients on regulatory issues, supported stakeholder engagement, and coordinated high-level initiatives across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Previously, Almas was part of ByteDance’s TikTok Shop Graduate Development Program, where he rotated across business functions, delivered impactful projects, and strengthened his expertise in e-commerce strategy and operations. He also gained experience with Southeast Asia’s leading OTA platform in its Public Policy and Government Relations team, supporting policy research and fostering collaboration with government institutions.
Almas holds a Law degree from Universitas Indonesia. He was recognized as the Faculty’s Most Outstanding Student for the Non-Academic Category for two consecutive years and represented Indonesia as Country Coordinator at the ASEAN University Student Union Council.
