Emira Soleha is a Senior Associate at Vriens & Partners’ Kuala Lumpur office, where she develops policy assessments and government relations strategies for clients. She has been involved in consulting clients across multiple verticals mainly in technology, healthcare, agriculture, and the gig economy.
Prior to Vriens & Partners, Emira was with Frost & Sullivan. At Frost, she consulted for private and public sector clients across multiple verticals such as smart cities, fintech, and artificial intelligence. She also provided investor intelligence to Malaysian investment promotion agencies to help attract high-value FDI.
Emira earlier worked at the Razak School of Government (RSOG) in Putrajaya, where she was involved in determining the training requirements of senior civil servants across different ministries. At RSOG, she was also involved in determining engagement priorities for government officials at knowledge-sharing platforms. She also prepared speeches for senior government officials such as the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister.
Emira holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies, magna cum laude, at Syracuse University, New York under the Malaysian Public Service Department’s Overseas Degree Program scholarship. In the US, Emira interned at Islamic Relief USA in Virginia, where she conducted advocacy work related to international hunger and humanitarian efforts. Emira is a keen advocate of interfaith dialogue and enjoys traveling as well as reading during her free time.
