Hanh is an Associate in the Hanoi office of Vriens & Partners, with nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare policy, spanning both the public and private sectors.
With her many years of service at the Ministry of Health (MOH), Hanh has developed an extensive professional network across Vietnam’s healthcare system and possesses deep expertise in healthcare governance and pharmaceutical regulation. As an International Relations Officer at the Drug Administration of Vietnam, she was responsible for engagement with ASEAN, APEC, and some countries such as India, Australia, and New Zealand. After leaving the MOH, Hanh transitioned to the private sector as a Regulatory Affairs Lead for a Vietnamese healthcare company, where she oversaw compliance and policy engagement activities.
At Vriens & Partners, Hanh has been involved in various healthcare-related projects, providing support in policy analysis, government engagement, and regulatory strategy within Vietnam’s healthcare sector. Her experience in government and extensive understanding of the healthcare system allow her to offer informed perspectives and practical advice on policy and regulatory issues.
Hanh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (formerly the Institute of International Relations), a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Law from Hanoi Law University, and a Master in Public Management from the Solvay Brussels School.
