Jeremy Mullins is Co-Country Director of Vriens & Partners’ Thailand office. He leads consulting and advisory services for clients, working with team members and stakeholders to achieve successful public policy outcomes. Jeremy takes a strong, nuanced approach toward advancing policy issues, built on experience across numerous business sectors in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Supporting a diverse array of clients in Thailand, Jeremy has successfully fostered favorable resolution of national-level ICT lawmaking, supported pro-industry development to food & beverage regulation, and assisted several high-value investments in Thailand in energy and infrastructure. Jeremy routinely provides briefings on policy issues to clients and critical stakeholders.
Jeremy has worked in Southeast Asia continuously since 2013, with a focus on collecting hard-to-get information and supporting clients to achieve policy success. Before joining Vriens & Partners Thailand in 2022, Jeremy worked for the firm in Myanmar, focused on policy development in a challenging situation. Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, he was based in Bangkok with an international news agency, as well as in Myanmar and Cambodia with local news publications and a research firm.
Jeremy previously served with the Canadian army for eight years, including one foreign deployment and experience instructing numerous military courses. He holds a B.A. in economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
