Michael Sieburg is Senior Director in Vriens & Partners Washington, DC office, where he manages the firm’s US client relationships, commercial initiatives, and team.
Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, Michael served as Director for Geostrategy in Eurasia Group’s Washington office. Michael previously lived in Ho Chi Minh City for ~12 years, including 10 years as Vietnam office head for the advisory firm, YCP Solidiance. Michael’s consulting work has included managing projects on the ground across all major Southeast Asian markets.
Michael first visited Southeast Asia as a university exchange student in Hanoi. He holds a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the George Washington University, and has studied Vietnamese at universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Michael lives in Falls Church, Virginia with his wife, two kids, and rescue cat from the streets of Ho Chi Minh City.
