Minh Anh is a Project Assistant at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office, where she contributes to research and analysis on regulatory and political landscape in Vietnam as well as broader global trends to support senior consultants and clients in navigating regulatory frameworks across various industries.
Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, Minh Anh worked as a Research Analyst at Institute for Policy Studies and Media Development (IPS), an independent think tank specializing in technology and digital economy policies. Her work centred around the governance of digital services, with a focus on advertising regulations, intellectual property rights, and data regulations. She has experience analysing international best practices, developing policy research frameworks and briefings to assess regulatory compliance challenges and political ramifications, and facilitating policy advocacy efforts through stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and communications.
Minh Anh holds a Masters in Public Policy from University of Essex (UK) with a comparative study on film industry. She previously earned her Bachelors in Law from Hanoi Law University.
