Hieu is an Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office. With his background in policy research and academic research on digital innovation, Hieu supports clients with in-depth policy research, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder engagement across various sectors.
Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, Hieu was a Senior Officer at AVSE Global, where he contributed to policy research for Vietnamese government agencies on administrative reform, talent attraction, the data economy, and international R&D cooperation.
Hieu is a PhD Candidate in Digital and Innovation at the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands). He holds an MA in Transnational Governance from the European University Institute (Italy) and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kyungdong University (Korea).
