Duong is a Senior Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Hanoi office where she conducts research and analysis on public policy issues and monitors regulatory developments on advocacy projects. Having previously been an intern with the firm, Duong has involved in projects across various sectors.
Prior to joining Vriens & Partners, Duong was also an intern in Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) for 1 year, where she supported VBF’s secretariat to arrange VBF annual meeting, facilitated legal documents for State agencies and Forum working groups and consolidated recommendations/strategies that could address the cross-cutting issues.
Duong holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Newcastle University, UK where she was awarded Business School Excellence Scholarships. She earned Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Hanoi Foreign Trade University.
