Pat is a Senior Associate at Vriens & Partners Manila Office. Her professional experience includes work in the fields of transport, climate change, and public-private partnerships, spanning across roles with Philippine government, international cooperation, and civil society.
Before joining Vriens & Partners, Pat was country lead for Urban-Act, a project funded by Germany’s International Climate Initiative (IKI) on promoting low-carbon and resilient cities. As part of the Department of Transportation, she served as a project manager and technical assistant to the Secretary for open data initiatives and for the development of the New Bohol (Panglao) and Bicol International (Daraga) airports.
Pat has a BSc in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and an MSc in Sustainability in Transport from the University of Leeds – Institute for Transport Studies, where she was a Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) Chevening Scholar and recipient of the Systra Prize for her graduate studies performance.
