Seth is a Senior Analyst at Vriens & Partners’ Cambodia office.
He is responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on political and regulatory developments across multiple industries such as tech, media, and food & beverage. He also supports the firm in developing stakeholder engagement strategies and leading client engagement with prominent stakeholders from government institutions, academia, non-profit organizations, and civil society. Before joining Vriens & Partners’ Cambodia office, Seth was a young researcher and content strategist with several years of experience in Cambodia’s digital media landscape, including policy analysis and content creation.
Seth received a Master of Science in Digital Media from the University of Edinburgh. He also holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Visual Communications (Hons) and International Relations.
