Andrei is a Senior Associate at Vriens & Partners’ Bangkok office. He has led government affairs projects across various industries, including tech, food and beverage, energy, finance, healthcare, and transportation. In his role, he manages both regional clients and clients in Thailand.
As part of the regional team, Andrei oversees projects that span multiple markets in Southeast Asia, working with country teams and clients to ensure the delivery of services. He also leads regional thought leadership development for his clients, leveraging experience and expertise to influence policy dialogue at a regional level. As part of the Bangkok team, Andrei leads the development of government affairs strategies in highly regulated sectors.
Prior to joining the Bangkok team, Andrei worked for the Manila Office where he led the development and implementation of government affairs strategies for clients in the Philippines. Andrei has enabled various clients to position themselves as trusted policy resources for decision makers and policy thought leaders by leveraging their market and policy expertise. Before joining Vriens & Partners, he served as a Consultant for a Philippine Senator, where his work was heavily focused on healthcare reform and gender equality legislation.
Andrei graduated from Ateneo de Manila University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Developmental Management, and a Master’s Degree in Political Science, with a focus on Global Politics and LGBT Politics.
