Sherwin is Associate Director at Vriens & Partners in Singapore, bringing over a decade of experience in government with a focus on foreign and economic policy.
Before joining the firm, he was part of the Economic Development Board’s (EDB) Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) division, where he led teams in the consumer technology and data centre sectors. In this role, he spearheaded efforts to attract foreign investment, generate employment opportunities, and shape national strategies for investment promotion.
Prior to his time at EDB, Sherwin served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), where he managed Singapore’s bilateral relations with Australia, Western Europe, and China, and was posted to the Singapore Embassy in Paris.
Sherwin holds a Master of Arts in Management and Modern & Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
